Storage and Office Services

Indoor self-storage

• Our indoor Self-Storage units measure from 25sq ft to 85sq ft  They are charged at £1.25 per sq f.
• Access is 8am – 6pm  and out of hours access is achieved via your own  personal key fob.
• There is no time limit on how long you can rent our Self- Storage units.
• Insurance is not compulsory and subject to your own discretion.
• No Vat payable on self storage
• A deposit of £25 is required for the key fob and is refundable on vacating the unit.

Please note:
If payment is not received and we get no response from communication efforts after 6 weeks the Unit  will be over locked and any costs incurred you will be liable for. If payment is not received after 3 months your goods will be sold at auction our costs will be recovered from the proceeds, any balance will be paid to the rentee on demand. Any items left outside our self-storage units (abandoned) or units vacated leaving rubbish inside will be disposed of and you will be charged. One months notice  is required if rentee wish to leave this service. To use our Self Storage facilities  we require a  Name, Address, Email and Telephone number and a £25 deposit refundable on vacating.

Outdoor Containers

• Outdoor containers are £180 per month, The size of each container is 6m x 2.4m
• Payment is due on 1st trading day of month. We recommend a standing order / bank transfer.
• You will need to supply your own padlock giving you total security and control.
• No time limit long or short.
• Insurance is not compulsory and is subject to your own discretion.
• No Vat payable on containers
• One months’ notice is required if you wish to leave this service.

All of them have been newly refurbished including carpets, blinds, etc. etc.

• Kitchen including appliances 2.75mt x 2.4mt.
• Bathroom complete with shower. 2.75mt x 1.2mt
• Ample parking available.
• No business rates payable
• Telephone and Internet lines available but not included in rent
• No Vat payable on rent
• Rent Payable per Week £150.00 or £650.00 per month. (£7,800 per annum)

There are two open plan office suites available:

One (size) 9mt x 4.7mt

• Kitchen including appliances
• Bathroom complete with shower
• Ample parking available
• No business Rates payable
• Telephone and Internet lines available but not included in rent
• No Vat payable on rent
• Rent payable per Week £120 or £520 per month. (£6,240 per annum)

Second open plan office suite (size) 7.6mt x 4.7mt

• Kitchen including appliances
• Bathroom complete with shower
• Ample parking available
• No business rates payable
• Telephone and Internet lines available but not included in rent
• No Vat payable on rent
• Rent payable per week £100 or £434 per month. (£5,200 per annum)

Four Marks is a Lovely location with excellent communication links close to the A31 and M3.
